The IP tool uses trusted metadata from the request arriving at Cloudflare. It describes that connection, not every device, account or network in your life. A location is approximate and may belong to a VPN exit or an internet provider.
Estimated
Password strength is a local pattern-based estimate. It does not establish whether an account is compromised. URL clues describe structure, not whether a destination contains malware.
Not checked or unavailable
We say so when a provider is disabled, a request fails or evidence is missing. A changed IP is not proof of a working VPN. No registration record is not proof that a domain is available to buy.
